Multipart question: If a PSC is Section 790 ZG Protected, how does that affect the Company Data Download? Can I expect to see the company’s details minus the details of the PSC, or would it even be the case that because 1 PSC of the company is Section 790 ZG Protected, that I might receive no details for the company at all? And because 1 PSC of the company is Section 790 ZG Protected, does that prevent me from submitting an electronic confirmation statement?
If a company has a ZG PSC that company is unable to file electronically. If a company has a ZG PSC then you will receive a PSC details in the XML, with the statement that they are “A protected PSC” and normal output for non ZG PSCs.
