I have two queries on PSC information in the incorporation schema.
Firstly, can I confirm that the “SuperSecureIndividual” element is only applicable to PSC’s who are people?
Secondly, can I confirm that the “ConsentStatement” element is also only applicable to PSC’s who are people? If a company has PSC’s who are RLE’s and has no PSC’s that are people, no consent statement will be provided?
