As we know, the test account is used by developer. If our clients would like to test on the supported forms, could they apply for test account too or they need to use our test account for submissions testing? They helping us to be an authorised software provider for UK forms. If they are not allowed to create the test account, then what will happen if they submitting the testing data to companies house?

I believe I have answered this via email, but I can confirm that only developers are permitted to open XML test accounts with Companies House.
