Update on Filing Issues

As per our update on Friday, we’ve identified an issue where the status of some transactions is remaining as ’pending’. Our teams are urgently investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

As of this morning, we’re aware that some software products are still affected. All filings are being received and processed as normal but will show as ‘pending’.

If a filing is accepted, it will appear on the ‘Find and update company information’ service. If a filing is rejected, it will not appear there, and the software will continue to show the status as ‘pending’. The date of all submissions is recorded and documents will be processed as received on the date they were submitted.

If customers receive a non-compliance letter in the meantime, it will include instructions on next steps, including how to tell us about the pending message they’ve had. They do not need to contact us separately.

If the affected filing is a company incorporation, use the ‘Find and update company information’ service to check whether the company has been formed.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
