Use of House Companies electronic filling

We are in the process of drafting a proposal for one of our clients, regarding a website with the purpose of registering and forming companies online. This registry is an online automated process in which different types of companies can be incorporated and authorized by Companies House. The website will offer different packages, for limited liability partnership, limited by guarantee, and limited company by shares, and additional services such as address registering, VAT, Confirmation Statement Service, dormant company accounts services, etc.

Can you guide us to the necessary documentation on how the above can be implemented using the API/XML services by Company House
