It has come to our attention that some Software presenters are incorporating company names with the right single quotation mark instead of an apostrophe.
This can create a problem in that the certificate of incorporation returned after polling will show a ? instead of the apostrophe.
As we are having to fix these certificates manually on a case by case basis basis at the moment, we would be grateful if the correct apostrophe key can be used going forwards.
