When providing a WithdrawalDate on the StatementWithdrawal in the PSCs section of the Confirmation Statement, should I provide the actual date that the Statement ceased to apply, or would Companies House regard the WithdrawalDate to be the date that the withdrawal of the statement was filed on the Confirmation Statement?
For example, if the CompanyStatement ‘NO_INDIVIDUAL_OR_ENTITY_WITH_SIGNFICANT_CONTROL’ ceased to apply on 4th July 2016, but I leave it a month before filing a Confirmation Statement, would the WithdrawalDate be 4th July 2016 or the 4th August 2016?
