Hello

i’m getting the below error when submitting a limited by share company for incorporation. We have submitted serveral incorporation successfully. The only difference with this company is it has 4 directors and 4 shareholders all holding 25% of share, can someone plesase help.

It looks like you are missing PSC information, this is now mandatory information. Hope that helps

The four equal shareholders thing is probably a relevant here as if you have code that automatically derives PSCs from shareholdings none of them are going to hit the “over 25%” threshold to be a PSC based on ownership. You probably need to send the no PSCs company statement instead.
